Halloween was a hoot again this year. I enjoyed handing out candy to all the Trick-or-Treaters. Zombies seemed to be the most popular costume this year, and I think my favorite of the night were a young girl and boy (brother and sister, perhaps?) dressed up as a zombie bride and groom. They settled for eating candy rather than my brains, for which I’m grateful.
I took a few photos of some neighborhood homes decorated to the rafters. I regret I failed to photograph one house – it’s having some work done (landscaping, perhaps?) and had a big pile of dirt in the front yard. They purchased a tombstone maker – instant Halloween. - Wizard of Oz theme – skeleton Dorothy, Lion, Scarecrow, and Tin Man. Lots of flying monkeys!
- Another shot of the Wizard of Oz
- More Wizard of Oz
- Simple and pretty – hay bales and gourds/pumpkins
- I think these people bought every inflatable decoration for sale – could they fit anything else in their yard? Awesome!
- Dismembered bodies
- Ghosts doing some sort of dance around a pile of leaves. I love it!
