I drove back to Greeley over the holiday weekend to spend time with family. My boyfriend was kind enough to go with me, to keep me company on the ten hour drive each way. This was the first time Kirk met any of my family. He seems to have survived with minimal post-traumatic stress disorder. In fact, I think he fared better than I did.
